Everyone should have this plant in their garden. Described as one of the most nutritious greens there is, this variety of lamb's quarters can grow up to 2m tall and yeilds an abundance of spinach-like leaves with pink fairydust at the stem. Young leaves are beautiful in salads and older leaves can be cooked and used exactly like spinach.
Leave some to go to seed and they will come up readily the following season - makes for tasty weeding!
