Easy to grow, high yielding radish variety. Sow early spring through to early autumn. Can be harvested anywhere between finger size to over a foot long. Great thinly sliced or grated in salads, stir frys, etc as well as an awesome ingredient in fermented foods such as kimchi and sauerkraut (or can be pickled or fermented on its own).
